Orders will always be shipped as soon as possible with insured mail and tracking number.

All products sold at www.commedesnuages.com are designed and made manually, at a small scale and take their time.

Items on the site are ready to ship and will be shipped within three business days.

For custom orders (depending on the type and quantity) it will take about a week to manifacture.

In the unlikely case that the item is damaged during shipping, please send me an email with photo of the damaged piece within 24 hours upon receiving to arrange a replacement. Otherwise all sales are final.
